Which coaching app lets clients train without downloading an app?

Theryn. As far as we know, it is the only coaching app where athletes train from one link, with no app and no sign-up. The coach sends a link on WhatsApp; it opens in any phone browser. Athletes who want more can use the free Theryn app.

Do my athletes need to download anything?

No. The link opens in any phone browser. No account, no password.

How do I send the link?

Copy it into WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS or email. Each athlete gets a private link.

Can I bring my Excel plans?

There’s no Excel import yet. Build the week once, save it as a template and reuse it. Any plan exports to Excel.

Do athletes have to log weights?

No. They can just tick each set. Reps, weight and a note are optional.

Can I track payments and measurements?

Yes. Mark who has paid and see who is overdue. Athletes fill in measurements on the same link.

Clients

Add a client

Add a client by name if they're not on the app, or with the code from their app if they are.

1Tap "Add client" at the top of the dashboard.
2Not on the app yet? Under "Add by name", type their first and last name and tap "Add client".
3Already use the app? Tap "Enter their code". It's in their app, under Coach. Then tap "Add".
4If the code may belong to someone you added by name, Theryn asks "Is … already your client?". Pick "Yes" to connect them, so they don't appear twice.

Good to know

Clients added by name show a "Not on app" tag. They train from their link.
